Omaha Public Schools hosting community meetings for proposed high schools

OMAHA, Neb. (KMTV) - Omaha Public Schools is inviting members of the community to two conceptual design meetings for two new high schools in the district. 

For the school planned for 156th and Ida, the meeting will take place at Davis Middle School's auditorium. It will begin at 6 p.m. tonight (May 30). 

The meeting for the 60th and L school will be at the Liberty Christian Center in the gymnasium on Thursday, June 1 at 6 p.m. 

At both meetings, architects will give an overview of the types of spaces being considered for each school. They will also show site plans and layout options that are being develeped.
