OMAHA, Neb. (KMTV) - Creighton researchers will get more than $1 million to study a program aimed at helping military veterans deal with post-traumatic stress disorder.

The grant money will help pay for the second round of tests on the Ease USA Program. The program, which began in 2012, uses a new therapy called attention bias modification treatment, to help change how a patient thinks and deals with PTSD symptoms.
