Video shows man hit in apparent road rage
PAPILLION, Neb. (KMTV) - The man accused of using his minivan to hit a garbage collector in a road rage incident in Bellevue last month now faces felony charges.
Online court records show Sarpy County prosecutors charged Dennis Stenner with 2nd Degree Assault and use of deadly weapon to commit a felony. He is due in court for his arraignment Wednesday morning.
A man working across the street captured the October 16th incident on his cell phone camera. The trash collector, Jesse Witzke was not seriously hurt.
