A former Omaha gymnastics coach accused of manufacturing child pornography and unlawful intrusion made his first appearance in a Kansas courtroom Monday.

Bryce Fogg appeared in court in Emporia, Kansas on a fugitive from justice charge. A judge did not allow bond. Emporia Police arrested Fogg last week on an Omaha arrest warrant. Investigators say Fogg secretly videotaped a 14 year old girl and a 22 year old woman in a changing area at Premier Gymnastics where he previously worked. A criminal complaint states videos of the 14 year old show her bare breasts and backside.

Fogg had been working at Sunflower Gymnastics in Emporia since May. Fogg was fired after the gym found out about the allegations.

Fogg's extradition to Omaha was not addressed at Monday's hearing. A review hearing was scheduled for August 15th.
