Omaha police are investigating after a report of a sexual assault at the Henry Doorly Zoo and Aquarium at 10:45 a.m. on Monday.
According to police, a 15-year-old girl says a man approached her from behind in the Kingdom of the Night Exhibit and engaged in sexual contact over her clothing.
The girl immediately found her mother and told her what happened.
The victim's step-father chased the man suspected of doing this until zoo security got there.
Police identify the suspect as 41-year-old Miguel Memije-Reyes.
Omaha police booked Memije-Reyes for 3rd Degree Sexual Assault.
