CHIP IN is a Private-Public partnership, a new way of doing business for the US Department of Veteran’s Affairs. Today it announced it will work to build a new healthcare facility in Omaha with a non-profit, The Veteran’s Ambulatory Center Development Corporation.

This move is made possible thanks to the work of Senator Deb Fischer and former Congressman Brad Ashford.  In December 2016 Congress and Former President Barack Obama signed off on the concept.  Fischer and newly elected Congressman Don Bacon who along with Ashford praised today’s announcement.
