It's Lou’s third time coming to Omaha for this.
He says he's here to network and see his favorite business man.
"I’m quite interested in investing, so by coming here we can find friends and see Warren."
People taking selfies in front of Buffett's residents, they say they admire his home.
"You don't have to live in a huge home."
"Many people are like oh that's it.”
“So what we want to show people is its more about here and here, than what you have in your wallet."
Businesses downtown are expected to be packed this weekend with what Leah Thrasher calls Berkies.
"It’s huge for tourism, it’s a great opportunity, and it kind of puts Omaha on the map."
Although Buffett’s letter to shareholders can be found online, Lou says it doesn't compare to this personal experience.
"Thank Warren because what he did was set up a very good model for us."
