Footage of a man creeping around a person’s home in the Tiburon neighborhood has some people wondering if he will return.

One man's decision to post the video on social media now has people on alert and on the lookout.

"It seems like a peaceful neighborhood, but it's concerning because of the number of children in the neighborhood," said Michael Evans, who lives in the area and had his pickup broken into last month.

"I’m not going to let this person, or whoever did this change the way I live, I will do more to be cautious," he said.

Evans said he posted images on Facebook to help find the person lurking in front someone else’s house.

"I don't know if it's linked to the person who broke into my truck, or if it's different people, but I have been hearing this all over my neighborhood," he said.

This video was captured last week.

The homeowner did not want to speak on camera.

"One person reached out and said they thought they might know who this person is, so I turned that over to the sheriff's office," Evans said.

The video prompted neighbors to better secure their homes.

“Before it happened to me, I didn't have security systems and now I have at least six cameras," Evans said.

The Sarpy County Sheriff's Office is in the beginning stages of this investigation, but say the clear images have been a huge help.
