Temperatures hovering near or just above freezing limited the amount of frozen liquid on exposed car surfaces.
Tree branches and limbs are some of the first surfaces to ice over.
Elevated surfaces were the first to accumulate ice.
Light freezing drizzle and mist hung over the city Sunday night.
