Due to the heavy rain forecasted throughout the day Wednesday, the baseball game between Creighton and Air Force has been canceled. The Jays have been forced to cancel five games this season due to weather.
The game between the Jays and Air Force will not be made up. Creighton said Tickets for Wednesday's canceled game can be exchanged for a reserved ticket to any remaining regular season home games at the Creighton Ticket Office located inside the Ryan Athletic Center (open 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on weekdays) or at the TD Ameritrade Park Omaha Box Office (open at 10 a.m. on game days only).
The cancelation comes just after Creighton claimed a series win over UC Davis. Up next, the Jays will continue their home-stand with a weekend series against Winthrop starting Friday at 6:30 p.m.
