The 9th ranked Creighton volleyball team beat 3rd ranked Washington on Saturday night in Seattle three sets to one. The Jays improved to 3-0 on the season by winning this weekend's Husky Invitational.
Taryn Kloth led the way with 16 kills hitting .389 on the night for CU. Jaali Winters also added 16 kills while Marysa Wilkinson added eleven. Washington was 16-0 in August home matches all-time before Saturday's loss.
Creighton will play its home opener next Friday against 14th ranked Kentucky starting at 7 p.m.
