Creighton Prep entered Thursday afternoon's contest against Omaha Westside as the final unbeaten team in the state baseball tournament. But that wasn't the case at the end of the game, as the Warriors upset the Junior Jays to stay alive in the state tournament.
Prep opened up an early 2-0 lead, but Westside responded, scoring the final six runs of the game. The Warriors will now face Millard South Friday morning in a game scheduled to start at 11 a.m. The winner of that contest will meet Creighton Prep for the chance to take home a state title.
