Multiple Myeloma

Few types of cancer research have experienced as much progress as multiple myeloma in the past decade. Multiple myeloma is a life-threatening, incurable blood cancer that, as of 2014, affected an estimated 118,539 people in the U.S.  While most patients respond to initial therapy, nearly all patients eventually relapse, increasing the burden of disease.  We're learning more today.
