The Council Bluffs Police Department is asking the public for help locating a mother and her two daughters.

The mother, 29-year-old Brandy Kay Grass no longer has legal custody of her two daughters, 11-year-old Jozalynn Moraine and 10-year-old Savannah Deboer and has concealed their whereabouts from a family member with legal custody of the children.

Grass has a valid warrant for her arrest charging her with two counts of Violation of Custodial Order.

The two girls are considered missing persons and need to be brought back to their legal guardian.

Police believe they are still in the area and possibly with a male party driving a white SUV with front end damage.

Council Bluffs Police ask anyone with information on Grass or her two daughters to call the department at (712) 328-4728 or Crime Stoppers at (712) 328-7867.
