OMAHA, Neb. (KMTV) — The high-tech teaching could inspire Omaha Public Schools to make a major purchase.

Superintendent Dr. Cheryl Logan says the district should have a laptop for each of its 54,000 students.

That move would require school board approval. If approved, OPS would join other area districts, including Millard and Westside, in having a laptop for each student.
