Offutt Air Force officials say that an industrial accident injured two people Wednesday afternoon.
According to officials, this occurred at approximately 2:45 p.m., when two people working on base were injured in the performance of their duties.
Sapry County officials said they received a call for an ambulance at 2:29p for two people who were electric shocked, but they were conscious and breathing.
Officials said one person injured is a member of the 55th Wing Civil Engineering Squadron and the other was a OPPD employee.
The two were taken by ambulance to the Bellevue and Nebraska Medical Centers.
Offutt officials say their extent of their injuries are unknown at this time.
Officials added that the incident is under investigation.
