OMAHA, Neb. (KMTV) — Douglas County is reporting a personal injury accident involving two vehicles, one of which is a dump truck, just north of 61st and Harrison.

Police say a 24-year-old Di'zuan R Seavers was northbound on 60th street and failed to maintain his lane as he went around the curve. In the process, the Mack garbage truck he was driving struck a pickup truck being driven by 79-year-old Daniel Batenhorst.
Batenhorst is currently being treated for head and chest injuries.
Seavers was treated at the scene for a head laceration and refused transportation. Charges are pending against him.
Alcohol is not a factor in the crash.
