A judge has set a $250,000 bond for 50-year-old Bruce Perry, who faces 3rd degree sexual assault charge from Westroads Mall incident earlier this week.
Originally, a prosecutor asked for a million-dollar bond, saying Perry’s own confession to the crime and the fact that he claims to have done this numerous times justified it.

At around 12:30pm Wednesday afternoon, Omaha police responded to suspicious activity at Westroads Mall.
Security had taken Perry in a brown coat and glasses to their office that allegedly was inappropriately touching a 7 year old boy in the bathroom outside Dick's Sporting Goods.
He's facing charges of 3rd degree sexual assault and child abuse by intent.
3 News Now also learned in 1993, Perry served jail time for indecent exposure and in 1984 for another jail stint for lewd conduct.
A public defender said Perry has an intellectual inability and suffers from severe mental health issues.
