A man was hospitalized after being cut during an attempted robbery near the area of 24th and F street early Sunday morning.
The man told police he was walking when he was approached by two African American males who asked him for money. The victim refused to give the men money and they then stabbed him.
The victim was taken to Creighton University Medical Center with not life threatening wounds.
