A pedestrian was hit on 68th and Pacific resulting in him breaking his arm, leg and suffering a head injury.
Justin Swanson, 31, was attempting to cross a street with no designated crosswalk when he was struck by a vehicle. The driver of the vehicle, 27-year-old Esteban Conforte, was charged with a DUI causing serious bodily injury and leaving the scene of a PI.
Alcohol was a factor for both parties.
