Police say an intoxicated 85-year-old driver was going the wrong way down a busy road before crashing into two other cars Wednesday.
The crash happened around 8:30 p.m. on Ames Avenue, near 72nd Street.
Police say Georgia Santi was driving a 1997 Buick sedan eastbound in the westbound lanes of Ames Avenue when she collided with a 2012 Mercedes sedan, pushing it into a 2003 Chevy Trailblazer.
Santi was the only one injured in the wreck. She was taken to the hospital with serious, but non-life threatening injuries.
Police say charges are pending against Santi.
