A child was found inside a vehicle alongside two overdose victims in Davidson County, Tennessee.

Police were called to the parking lot of a Burger King on Highway 70 South in Nashville Tuesday evening.

Once on scene, officers found a man and a woman in the vehicle with the child, who is 2 years old or younger. The mother was called to the scene to pick up the child.

The female in the car was unconscious and received multiple doses of Narcan, an opioid overdose reversal drug.

The male in the car was not in as serious condition as the female. He was reported to be the father of the young child.

The child was not harmed, and was being taken care of by staff inside the business.

Both were expected to survive. Several emergency units responded to the scene.
