The annual Road to Omaha Run is set for Sunday, June 25th at 8 a.m. The event is a 5-kilometer run/walk through the grounds of the NCAA Men's College World Series starting at the Lewis and Clark Landing. Participants will pass by the Missouri River, downtown Omaha, CWS Central, Gene Leahy Mall and Heartland of America Park. The 5k ends with a lap around TD Ameritrade Park with each runner/walker appearing on the CWS video board.
All proceeds will benefit the Omaha Parks Foundation, each participant will receive a t-shirt and all finishers will receive a race medallion.
