All of the NBA Draft buzz in Omaha has surrounded former Creighton center Justin Patton, but he is not the only Bluejay alum trying to make the next level.

Former Creighton forward Cole Huff was in Los Angeles working out for the Lakers Monday afternoon.

Huff surpassed the 1,000 point mark at Creighton during his senior season in 2016-17. As a senior, Huff averaged 9.1 ppg and 3.9 rpg along side Patton. As a junior, prior to Patton's arrival, Huff scored 11.3 ppg and 5.1 rpg.

The NBA draft is scheduled for Thursday, June 22 at 6 p.m. and will be televised live on ESPN.
