The Omaha Storm Chasers got the storm stirring with their bats early on Saturday night at Werner Park, blowing out the Round Rock Express, 10-0.
Already leading 1-0 heading into the bottom of the second, the Chasers plated five more runs in the frame to take a 6-0 lead. Omaha added four more runs in the bottom of the sixth for the 10-0 advantage.
The Storm Chasers have now won three in a row and improve their overall record to 25-23 this season. The Chasers continue their four-game series against the Express Sunday night at 7:05 p.m.
