NASA has named the Homestead National Monument of America in Beatrice as one of the official NASA Broadcast Sites for the upcoming August 21, 2017 total solar eclipse.
NASA and the National Park Service have teamed up to create a line-up of activities and presentations over a three-day period starting on August 18. On the day of the eclipse, NASA TV will broadcast from Homestead National Monument of America. There are several locations featured in the broadcast but this is the only one in Nebraska.
