A serial exposer has been sentenced again for two more crimes that victimized metro library-goers.

Douglas County Judge Craig McDermott sentences Nathaniel Dixon, 31, to 180 days in jail for each conviction of indecent exposure and second-degree lewd acts — the maximum punishment under the law. The sentences will run concurrently, or at the same time.

Dixon pleaded no contest to masturbating in front of people at the Millard and South Omaha libraries in January and May 2017. One of the victims included a 14-year-old boy.

He's been caught masturbating about one dozen times at metro libraries including Papillion, Millard, La Vista, Omaha, and Creighton University.

Terra Milander was a victim to his indecent exposure at the Papillion library in 2016. She said she couldn't believe he would do that with children around.

"That's what I was a worried about, and then every time I go to the library now, I look up and down the stacks, just making sure the same thing doesn't happen, because there's so many elementary kids that walk to that library,” Milander said.

Dixon was given credit for 73 days served.

Indecent exposure is a misdemeanor so Dixon usually serves jail time and gets out, without having to register as a sex offender.

Dixon is currently being held in the Cass County Jail for felony burglary and theft charges stemming from an August crime in Papillion.
