The case against a teen accused of attacking his parents and shooting at Douglas County Sheriff's deputies in Septemberwill move to juvenile court.
Deputies returned fire, hitting 17-year-old Tyler Pitzl.
Pitzl's lawyer says the teen does not remember the incident and that the high school football player had suffered a severe concussion.
One of the deputies suffered minor injuries.
