The third suspect arrested in connection with multiple burglaries in the Omaha area has been transferred to Douglas County, according to an OPD press release.

Romando Morse, 40, previously held on a federal detainer, faces 12 counts of burglary and three counts of attempted burglary, the release states. Morse is being held at Douglas County Corrections.

Mores and two other men are suspects in 17 convenience store burglaries, targeting cash drawers and ATMs, that occurred in the Omaha area between Feb. 17 and April 11, the release states. Antonio Collier, 34; his son, Antonio Brown, 19; and Morse were arrested by deputies from Cass and Sarpy counties, who pulled over the suspects' vehicle as it entered Sarpy County, a previous release states.

Investigations had led law enforcement to the Speedee Mart in Plattsmouth, which authorities said the suspects attempted to rob at 1:45 a.m. April 11 but fled after an audible alarm went off, the earlier release states.

Authorities say the suspects can be tied to at least nine and up to 17 Omaha-area burglaries, including one in Bellevue; as well as a robbery in Council Bluffs.

Collier faces two counts of burglary, and Brown faces one count of possession of a stolen firearm, two counts of attempted burglary, and nine counts of burglary, according to the release. The pair had been held in the Cass County Jail but have since been transferred to Douglas County Corrections.
