Omaha Police have issued an arrest warrant for a suspect in the January murder of Ashlyn Higgins.
19 year old Taliaferro Thompson is wanted for first degree murder. He's accused of shooting Higgins and Parris Stamps near 28th and Ruggles on January 26th. Stamps survived the shooting.
Anyone with information should call the Omaha Police Homicide Unit at 402-444-5656 or Crime Stoppers at 402-444-STOP. Information leading to Thompson's arrest could be eligible for a $25,000 reward.
