We continue our OSI Pigskin Previews with Council Bluffs Lewis Central. The Titans feature a quarterback that Husker nation will want to pay attention to this upcoming season in Max Duggan.
The junior signal caller received an offer from Nebraska back in June. Duggan also attended both of NU's Friday Night Lights camps that same month.
"I love it down there in Lincoln," said Duggan. "The second day with all the fans coming out, I've never been to anything like that."
Duggan is one of 14 returning starters for Lewis Central this year. The Titans open the 2017 season against Harlan on Friday, August 25th.
