Texas competitors donating percentage of winnings to Nebraska flood relief

OMAHA, Neb. (KMTV) — Four show jumping riders from Texas who will be competing in the Burlington Capital Internation Omaha, have offered to donate a percentage of their winnings to help victims recover from damages caused by he recent flooding.

Former International Omaha Grand Prix winner Matt Cyphert is among the Texans contributing, among the others are four-time International Omaha Grand Prix winner Christian Heineking, Trapp O'Neal, and Frank Owens.

The Burlington Capital International Omaha starts today and runs through Sunday, April 7 at the CHI Health Center Omaha. The International Omaha includes three ticketed competitions and an educational clinic. Tickets start at $12.50 and can be purchased at all Ticketmaster outlets.
