COUNCIL BLUFFS, Iowa. (KMTV) — Council Bluffs Police are searching for a male who robbed a Kwik Shop Sunday morning.
At 10:14 a.m., officers responded to the scene at 3632 Ave G.
Officers spoke with a 35-year-old male victim from Nebraska and the station attendants.
Witnesses said a black male, age 18-20, entered the store and hit the victim in his leg with an aluminum baseball bat.
The suspect demanded money from the victim and had attendants empty the cash register and give him money. He then left the store and ran west from the area.
