LINCOLN, Neb. (AP) — Two Nebraska Passport stops affected by widespread flooding have withdrawn from this year's program.

The Nebraska Tourism Commission said Thursday that Niobrara State Park in Niobrara and The Tow Line, a bar and grill at the Fremont State Recreation Area, will no longer participate.

Both stops will be featured on the 2020 Nebraska Passport. They'll still be open this summer, but the temporary closure of Highway 12 has made access to Niobrara State Park more difficult than normal. Portions of Fremont State Recreation Area may be closed while repairs are made.

The stops have been replaced with Fia + Belle, a Fremont antique and clothing shop, and Ponca State Park in Ponca.

The Nebraska Passport program encourages residents and visitors to collect stamps at tourist spots throughout the state.
