OMAHA, Neb. (KMTV) — Omaha Police responded to a call Monday in which a man impersonated an officer.

The impersonator displayed a 'badge,' pulled someone over and asked for a $100 donation to the K-9 unit in lieu of issuing them a ticket.

OPD never asks for money or donations.

Impersonating an officer results in a Class IV felony.
