OMAHA, Neb. (KMTV) — Monday night, the WoodmenLife Tower will light up teal to promote awareness of Fragile X Syndrome--an inherited condition associated with developmental delays and learning disabilities.
Fragile X Syndrome causes changes to the FMR1 gene. Along with developmental delays and learning disabilities, the syndrome is associated with social and behavioral problems.
