LINCOLN, Neb. (KMTV) — Three more cases of COVID-19 have been confirmed in Lincoln, Nebraska, bringing the county's total to 42.
Mayor Leirion Gaylor Baird and the Lincoln-Lancaster County Health Department (LLCHD) announced on Thursday that three new cases were confirmed in the city, including a case of a man in his 50s who died on Wednesday.
LLCHD is now monitoring 110 individuals. Lancaster County reports 1,246 negative tests and 42 positives with 18 tests pending at the Nebraska Public Health Lab.
The Mayor and LLCHD will hold a briefing at 3:30 p.m. TODAY, Thursday, April 9. The briefing will be aired live on LNKTV, the City government access channel. The briefing may be viewed on Allo channels 2 and 3, Spectrum channels 1300 and 1301, and Kinetic channels 1005 and 1010.
