OMAHA, Neb. (KMTV) — A local family is helping send a message to others about making sure we all do our part in limiting the spread of the coronavirus.

A fence reads "help slow the spread,” "six feet apart," and “practice social distancing."

Ralston students Cruz and Brody helped paint the messages at the corner of Parkview Drive and Saratoga Street.

Their mom said she wanted to get them to do something other than play a popular video game.

She said she's not currently working at the moment and she wanted to do something that would make other people smile.
