OMAHA, Neb. (KMTV) — Starting Monday, Council Bluffs will get a new Test Iowa clinic site.
It will be located at All Care Health Center , that's on S. 6th St. in Council Bluffs. This is the second Test Iowa location in the area.
But right now, if you want to get tested you still need to complete that online assessment to schedule an appointment.
