15-story condo towers are now part of the plans for the Council Bluffs riverfront development project.
It will be called Moselle River's Edge and developed by Chicago-based Argent Group who is working with local DLR Group.
The towers will house 68 luxury units, indoor and outdoor pool, fitness facility, a community center and underground parking.
"It's a prime location it's very exciting for Council Bluffs, the view is spectacular," said Heartland Properties General Manager Sara Porter.
Council Bluffs Mayor Matt Walsh calls this project a game changer, "Nothing like it previously in council bluffs, so I think their inclusion in the project really says great things about the future of development in Council Bluffs."
Porter said they've heard interest from a variety people, "We've had interest from anywhere from millennials that work in downtown Omaha to retires who want to downsize and kind of have a landing pad. This might be there second home".
The ground breaking on this project is expected to take place Spring of 2019.
