The Anti-Defamation League of Omaha says its received about a dozen reports of anti-Semitic flyers found around Omaha.

The League says three different versions of the flyer were found at Metcalfe Park, University of Nebraska, Omaha, and around the Dundee area.

Omaha Public Schools Foundation Executive Director Toba Cohen-Dunning tweeted Tuesday morning the flyers have been found in neighborhood lending libraries.

The League says the flyers are classified as a hate incident and are not criminal, as they fall under the protection of free speech. The League says it takes all reports of hate incidents and passes along information to local law enforcement and the FBI in the event the situation escalates.

Vandalism, bodily harm and threats are all prosecutable offenses.
