Authorities identify man killed in Omaha fire

OMAHA, Neb. (KMTV) — The Nebraska State Fire Marshal Agency said Brian Glowen, 40, died of smoke inhalation related to a Saturday fire in Omaha.

According to investigators, the cause of the fire near S. 53rd and Arrow Rock Dr. was determined to be accidental due to smoking materials.

The State Fire Marshal Agency has finished its investigation.
