This may be the most adorable story of the day. A baby otter was rescued from a canal outside of Phoenix, AZ. Utility workers found the little guy struggling to escape. He was in bad condition, malnourished and infested with fleas. He was nursed back to heath and now lives at the Out of Africa Wildlife Park in Camp Verde.
