Smash your troubles away at LeSmash.

Smash, throw, even kicking, is allowed at LeSmash.

"It feels really great taking your anger out on something you don't have any consequences on. You don't have to worry about cleaning it up, just get in there and smash away your stress and frustrations. Whatever happens to be bothering you, just just take it out on the bottles or whatever else you would like to smash," said smasher Quanah Guest.

For two years years LeSmash in Bellevue has provided a place where people can get out their frustrations and anger in a positive environment with 100% permission to smash things. But not surprising, it wasn't easy for the owner, to find a location.

"It was hard to find a landlord to rent to someone who want to smash stuff," said owner Elaine Lafferty.

You do have to sign a waiver and follow all safety rules.

Lafferty adds, "This is where you put your face shield, apron and gloves on. We wipe everything down before you arrive."

If there is a particular something bothering you, write it down on a plate and then smash it.

Student Kyle Williamson says he has a few things bothering him, "For one, COVID, because I have to stay inside most of the time, second is online school and also just nothing else to do, making me annoyed."

To make sure you get out the right amount of frustration, picking your smash tool is key.

Guest adds, "Some people automatically gravitate to the bat but I like the crowbar."

Glasses and bottles are included but you can also purchase old microwaves, toilets and even a TV that has been specially painted for you to smash.

You can even get a group together and have a smash party. LeSmash is located at 4105 Harrison St. in Bellevue.
