Dennis Stenner, the 62-year-old man involved in a viral road rage incident in Bellevue, appeared before a judge Wednesday morning.
Stenner, who is charged with two felony counts of assault and use of a deadly weapon, had his bond set at $5,000.
A cell phone video sparked an investigation by the Sarpy County Attorney's Office.
