Sarpy County deputies are asking for the public's help finding a missing man.
Otoniel Castro-Garibay was last seen around 10 a.m. on Wednesday, April 6th near his home in the area of 25th and Hogantown in Bellevue. He left without a phone, money or a vehicle. His family describes him as 5' 8", 170 pounds, with brown eyes and a shaved head. He has a tiger tattoo on his left shoulder, a lions face tattoo on his left hand, a scorpion tattoo on his right hand, and a praying hands tattoo on his left bicep.
