Kim Carrera, 50, was found guilty of having sexual contact with her teenager foster son Tuesday, according to our partners at the Omaha World-Herald.
According to police, they found Carrera and her 17-year-old foster son parked in a vehicle late at night in August of 2015. The case against Carrera was initially dismissed but then refiled by prosecutors.
She will be sentenced on Feb. 11, 2019 on charges of second-degree sexual assault of protected person, tampering with physical evidence and child abuse.
