A war of words ramped up over a baseball complex in Bellevue.
The city is now accusing World Baseball Village operators of breaking promises.
World Baseball Village pays for the right to hold baseball tournaments on the fields located just south of Offutt Air Force Base.
But there have been no games, since the June tornadoes damaged the fields, and teams have not received any refunds.
In a letter to the teams, it says it paid $250,000 to the city and wants the money back because the fields need repair.
The city says operators failed to carry insurance, which would have covered the loss.
In addition, Bellevue officials anticipate losing $2.5 million on the baseball venture overall.
