A Douglas County judge set an Omaha woman's bond at $30,000 for felony child abuse.
Hollie Budka is accused of twisting a 5 year old boy's genitals because he wet the bed while spending the weekend with Budka and his father.
The judge also ordered Budka to not have any conduct with the boy.
