Authorities have released the name of a Boys Town resident found dead Monday morning.
The Douglas County Sheriff’s Office says 18-year-old Larry McBryde, of Erwin, North Carolina, was found dead in his private room by Boys Town house parents around 7 a.m. on Monday.
Deputies say McBryde was last seen around 10:45 p.m. the previous night, before going to bed.
There were no obvious signs of injury or a struggle, investigators say. An autopsy is planned for Tuesday.
